This means that when we say we are going to do something ...We Do It!

If a co-worker or customer needs assistance we help.

Being on time  does not mean just a few minutes late. The customer sets a time that works for them and we will be there on time or early.

Prompt also means getting a task done quickly so others  are not kept waiting.

Appearances are important. If I show up to a scheduled appointment, I need to be clean, have clean work clothes and at least have my hair combed. 

When working with our customers we are always polite, pleasant and we do not use foul language. 

We do our best to keep our customers happy.

If my cell phone rings while I am speaking with a customer i will not answer it in most cases. The customer comes first.

When detailing any vehicle we do not have time to be on our phones talking to friends or surfing the internet. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. These will not be tolerated.

That is what breaks and lunches are for.  

If a customer asks for additional services be honest and let them know the additional cost.  Do not assume that they know the price and surprise them on the bill.

THEFT IS NEVER TOLERATED.  If you find  ANYTHING in a car it belongs the our customer. 

Be honest with customers and co-workers.

When we first arrive on the job we need to get our tools and equipment ready so we do not interfere with  our  customers schedule. 

Having a pattern of habits / routine while detailing is important not only because we get the job done quickly. It also means we did not miss any steps and did the detailing better than expected.

Communication means many things. 

If you can not be somewhere or you will be late just call the person in charge.

It means that if you have an issue with a co-worker or customer, talk to the person in charge so things don't escalate.

If I do not know how to do something I ask for help. If I Don't know how to do something BUT do it anyway, I could damage something or just be wasting the customers time.
